Return & Refund Policy
At The Quirky Code, we're a small business, and every order is carefully prepared with love and attention to detail. Due to the nature of our products, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery by email or Instagram. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and its packaging so we can review the issue and assist you.
Exceptions
In exceptional circumstances, The Quirky Code may, at its sole discretion, approve a return. If approved, the item must be:
- Unworn and unused
- Returned in its original packaging with all tags included
- Shipped back within the timeframe provided by our team
Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original method of payment once the returned item has been received and inspected. Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your financial institution.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as The Quirky Code cannot be responsible for return packages that are lost or damaged in transit.
