At this time, The Quirky Code ships within Canada only. We hope to offer international shipping in the future.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 3–7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Shipping
- Canada-wide shipping is available.
- Free local pickup is available (pickup details will be provided once your order is ready).
- Free standard shipping is available on orders of $75 CAD or more (before taxes).
- Shipping rates for orders under $75 CAD are calculated at checkout.
Estimated Delivery Times
Once your order has shipped, estimated delivery is 2–9 business days, depending on your location within Canada. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, carrier delays, or peak holiday periods.
Tracking & Delivery Support
You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order has been shipped. If your tracking shows an unexpected delay, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier first, as they can provide the most up-to-date delivery information.
If your order has not arrived after the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us and we'll be happy to assist you in following up with the carrier.
